Free Standard Shipping on all items!
Orders are shipped from our Virginia warehouse within 1-2 business days. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments on different days. Shipping methods may vary based on your location.
Please note that we currently only ship to locations within the contiguous United States.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We aim to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your gear, we offer returns/exchanges within 30 days. Please note, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs when returning/exchanging your item.
Used Demo Skis/Used Skis/Used Boots
Once you use an item, we can’t accept it for return/exchange
To qualify for a return/exchange, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Email us for a Return Authorization #. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return/exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchange item.
Once we receive and inspect your return/exchange, we'll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it right away, and you’ll see a credit applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if you selected expedited shipping at the time of purchase.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
